The friendly atmosphere and relaxed and family feel of the hotel is what will bring us back. The kids loved the outdoor area and we were able to relax knowing they were safe and enjoying their play in the garden while we had refreshments in the evening. The pool area was great although not a lot I could do with the baby in it as it was deep but she still enjoyed swimming in my arms. Sauna was lovely. We didn't bring our own dog but it was lovely to see the other little pooches walking about. Room was spotless and I come from luxury hotel background so I know a clean bedroom when I see one! So good work to the housekeeping team! This wasn't our first time at castle troy and it won't be our last, especially great for families but we wouldn't hesitate coming as a couple too.

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Castleroy Park Hotel in Ireland. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the sauna, pool, and laundry facilities. The hotel is conveniently located near attractions and activities, so we were able to easily explore the local area. In addition, the hotel is spotlessly clean and well-maintained, providing us with a truly luxurious experience. We look forward to returning to Castleroy Park Hotel in the near future and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Ireland.

The Castletroy hotel is in a good location. It is a homely and friendly place. The staff are efficient and friendly. The decor in the corridors could do with a sprue up. Out room looked out on to the courtyard which was nice. The room was a good size. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise. Everywhere was clean. There is a good sized pool and gym. The changing rooms could also do with a bit of a spruce up too.

We truly enjoyed the comfort and the food. We appreciate Kevin, the concierge. He was the smile amongst the frowns. The desk clerks were also hospitable. The night staff in the bar were rather stand-offish and sat us in a corner. They proceeded to forget we were there. Again, Kevin came to our aid as he happened to do a walk-through and noticed us. We were then attended to and ate an exceptional meal.

Excellent service from checkin to checkout, very charming, comfortable hotel. Lovely dinner (with a wonderful guitarist serenading us!!). Easy to get to and from Shannon Airport. Loved going to this hotel and this town, a little off the beaten track, but well worth visiting if you want to see the real Ireland-can't wait to return!!
